I have a 01 XJ and I always wanted to lift it, but I just got a good deal on this awsome ZJ.
Its a 98 Grand Cherokee Limited with a 5.2 V8, 8" long arm lift, and 37" tires. This thing is a monster. I'm 6'-6" tall and its taller than me. I can't wait to get this on the trails.
Does anyone know where I can get a good front bumper?

You're going to find that a nice front bumper for a ZJ ain't gonna be cheap. The cheapest I've ever seen was around 5 bills. Just google ZJ bumper, you'll see a bunch of them.

Nice rig!!! x2 on the zj bumpers. They are big, ugly and expensive. Unless you are doing it for a winch, I'd just put the stock cover on.

Couple places sell a winch bracket thats compatible with a stock front bumper. Iceland Offroad, Detours.. these will be your cheapest bet.

Do some reading on short arms in the rear.. you might want to save up for a longarm setup there as well. Lots of guys have torn the brackets off..

Nice Jeep.. congrats.

Its already set up with long arms in the rear.
Has anyone seen this bumper? http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showt...ghlight=zj+rlc
It doesn't look as ugly as some of the others and I can customize it.

Dang that thing is beasty. You might have luck going to a local fab shop. I have talked to some guys around here about XJ bumpers and they tend to be half the price or less than what you would find in the retail market.
