Default My new to me xj

Hi all, as it turns out I didn't get the 1997 sport. The guy hasn't called me or et me know anything...so I got this:

1989 Cherokee Laredo

- AW4
- 4.0 rebuilt with 23xxx on it. body has 153xxx.
- np231
- original am/fm cassette player
- new tires and brakes
- interior is in great shape
- exterior needs paint, no big deal

Drives awesome, shifts smooth.

I take it that youre in CA too?

Mod plans: 2 inch lift, nothing major. maybe fender flares...paint soon. bed liner.

really I think its nice the way it is. it has factory skid plates, not sure though, looking into that.

Only time will tell.

First things first, fix an oil leak and key cylinder. the key is difficult to turn.

my guess is oil pan, if not rear main seal....good thing is that I have a good chunk of change left over from when I sold my stang for 4500, bought this xj for 2350. fix the leak and it'll be 100% no issues.
