Nice. Just like my setup. Trim the fenders and slap on some 31x10.5's and you'll have a nice Trailokee.

yea im looking for 31s now, idk about trimming tho, 31s will fit most of the way without trimming wont they? i could see trimming for 32s or 33s, but i dont wanna go ANY bigger than 31, i dont have money to regear, and i dont wanna kill my gas mileage much more than im going to with 31s.

They will fit for street use...when you wheel and really flex out they will rub a little on the flares. The brake lines get a little tight too...you can relocate them lower on the frame tho.

yea i was planning on doing the brakelines, the kit comes with the back ones and then you have to relocate the front ones right? something like that. and i dont plan on getting this thing into anything too heavy yet, i dont have recovery points or a SYE or anything so ill get er a little dirty but nothing too crazy.

Where the hard line comes out of the frame straighten that out carefully as best you can drill and bolt in the bracket lower on the frame. An SYE prob isn't even ness. at 3.5 either.

If you put 31X10.50s on stock wheels you won't have to trim and your rig will stay clean on the trails

im thinkin about gettin some cragar v-5s (cuz everyone has D windows or soft 8s), there like $40 on summit, and i think they'll mount n ballance tires if i buy tires from there, too. i read from another thread they do all of this with free shipping, plus a $9 "handling fee" per tire, IF i remember correctly. i have to recoupe my funds after i buy this lift, then ill see what i can do for tires, if i can find a decent used set i might grab those and save a few $$$. Thanks for all your guys input so far tho!!!

Better check that, they charge extra to ship tires.

that was my starter lift, very goods results. You'll be real happy with it.

And I had 31s on didnt need to trim anything. ***If you plan to start getting offroad more than before, I suggest getting some JKS quick disconnects, makes the XJ alot more capable once the swaybar is unhooked.
