My free XJ
Just picked this up last week and I love it. Laredo is definitely the way to go! The seats are the second most comfortable I've ever sat in (behind my old bimmer).
My brother-in-law neglected it for years and let it all go to hell, I've been giving it a little TLC and it seems to be coming back to life.
Needs a radio (the original is MIA), rear main seal, VC gasket, and a paint job.
Pics:
Coming soon:
Army green paint with blacked out trim, some 16x8 or 16x9 diamond racing steelies, some 30" tires, Bilstein HDs, and this winter a complete engine rebuild.

Dude, someone spray painted your license plate, you can prob just scrape it off, drive safe and don't get puled over till you do.
Seriously though, you got a hell of a deal, have fun with her.

Have to agree, great deal!!! even for having to do a little work, it is definitely worth the effort. I had a 92 that I had to do the rear main in, and my current 94 that I did the VC on... Neither was that bad to do, although the rear main can be a bit more on the challenging side. Good luck!

My friend had a jeep just like that. Very nice especially for free!
he totalled his with some minor front end damage long before I got my Cherokee and im still kicking myself for not accepting his offer of taking it for free. At the time it was just another junk vehicle to me but now i would love to have had all those free parts!
