Talking My first XJ

I got my XJ yesterday and i already love it. It is a 2001 with only 79,550 miles! Ive been waitin for it to get out of the shop because it had body damage when i bought it. Heres the pics, they are on my steep driveway.

I was woundering if any of you all had any ideas of what i could do to it. It is rear wheel drive only but i still want 3 inch lift with 31's. Any other ideas that could help the engine or body?

I ran a 3" Rough Country lift and 31s for awhile, 2WD too. It makes for a nice setup, and is fairly capable offroad. If you are gonna wheel it at all, even kinda lightly, get some tow points. A hitch in the rear and some hooks up front, it's 2WD so stuck can happen at the least expected moment. recovery is important. Good bumpstops are also important, as are skidplates, with a 2WD you generally move a bit faster to get through/over things than a 4x4 has too, so some protection is also a good idea. But just to get out there and get r dirty, a 3" lift and some 31s is perfect!
