Change oxygen sensors.
Change spark plugs and air filter.
Get an aftermarket muffler and 2.25 or 2.5" tailpipe.
Change all fluids, preferrably synthetic in the engine and diffs.
But most importantly, drive that ***** like a 95-year old lady.
Doing the above has got my stocker 19 highway and 15-16 city easily.

Install bored throttle body and 4-hole injectors. Change oxygen sensors. Change spark plugs and air filter. Get an aftermarket muffler and 2.25 or 2.5" tailpipe. I believe I used NGK 3459s last change. Just keep it simple with a copper plug, not any of the platinum stuff...the 4.0 just doesn't need/benefit from it.
