Motor mount bolts sheared off in block

Motor mount bolts sheared off in block
So this is the second time a bolt has sheard off. Is there a stronger solution? I had replaced the bolts with grade 8 and still snapped. What is the correct size bolt and torque specs for the motor mounts?
