hi, has anyone had this problem,drive to store get out go into store, come out and then it won't start the gauges won't work but all other electrics are fine.I then disconnect earth from battery and reconnct.Gauges then come back on and it starts and off i go.This is starting to happen more regulary,please does anyone know a fix.

Maybe a bad terminal connection ? ... unless im misunderstanding

i just tap the shifter forward so it hits the neutral safety switch all the way and it then starts.

 

Sounds like a bad neutral saftey switch to me.
