Default metal thickness?

For unibody tie in bracket (for front bumper/recovey points) would 3/16" steel be ok to use instead of 1/4"? I'm asking cause I dont have any 1/4" but do have access to 3/16"

Ok I copied a diagram off the internet for the unibody brackets but it doesnt specify the size of the bolt holes. Its looking like a half inch hole. does anybody know off hand if that the right size?
this is the bracket.

Probably whatever size bolts you decide to use, except the steering ones of course.

Or measure the existing holes in the unibody and match them.
