Sorry about that, I guess I should explain I am now the only business left in our area for 50 miles either way. There used to be quite a few businesses in this area but they all shut down and moved away. The government killed the community with regulations as they have now done with me. That's why it is for sale. But our nearest real grocery stores or other stores are 75 miles away.

I've spent a lot of time on both the Fed owned national forest land in the eastern part of WV and the western part of VA and have never even had so much as my hunting license checked. On the rare occasions you do see forest service personnel they just throw up a hand and keep on going. Also have never had any problems with owners of privately owned land that adjoins the n/f's. Although that's probably changed with the influx of the tourists. The map doesn't distinguish it maybe there's a difference between what you call BLM and what we call NFS(national forest service).

The difference might be out here in the southwest, The closer you get to the Ca. based sierra club and other radical environment groups the worse it is dealing with them. Dept. of the interior is the Dept. of the interior out here one and the same, BLM or park service. As you know there have been, and still are ongoing wars out here over their heavy handed abuse of power. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff they pull out here. It's beyond all common sense and rationality. I will say though the Federal Wildlife Service is pretty cool and fair.

Legal here in FL if you put an actual windshield on it.
