Looks awesome. I assume that is your son you took with you? That's cool. My daughter is a year old, hope she enjoys going out wheeling with dad when she gets that age.

The forest service has good map and good info on the trail,as far as the welder we used 2 deep cycle batteries and jumper cables to make them 24 volt and a jeep to keep a charge on the batteries...

Roninofako, you are quite a fabricator! I wish I had those skillsets. I'm good at taking things apart, rebuilding/restoring and putting back together, but that's about it. And other than painting, bodywork and rust repair are not skills I possess.
But I'm open to learning once I get my own XJ to work on.
