Magnaflow Muffler id?

Magnaflow Muffler id?
I dropped my cherokee off at a local exhaust shop while i was at work to patch up my exhaust and install a magnaflow muffler.. Well when i picked it up it sounded quieter than the stock muffler, and has no magnaflow stamping, i questioned the shop and they swore it was magnaflow... Do some magnaflow mufflers come smooth with no id?

Engine: 4.0 I6 firepower ignition, cat-back w/ magnaflow muffler, poweraid tb spacer, optima blue top
I got a magnaflow a few years ago and mine has "magnaflow" in big raised letters on the bottom. But be sure to look on top for anything.

Well i got the ole bait and switch.... I Questioned the guy at counter (owner who i talk to originally wasnt there) He tryed telling me it was stamped on top... i told him it was smooth. He then proceeded to the backroom to call his boss. Came back and told me o they "accidentally" installed wrong muffler just drive up on lift we will fix it. He then came back to tell me they have no magnaflow mufflers in stock , so i accept flowmaster, they dont have those either.... And after i drove up on lift the guy who originally welded on the exhaust asked me why i was there. I told him they didnt install a magnaflow muffler on my jeep, he argued then went and also called his boss (he didnt know first guy already did). So guy #1 comes back to tell me " Erick ordered some magnaflow and flowmaster mufflers they will be here monday, just come in and we will install them then". To end my long post i told him they already cheated me once and i wasnt leaving without something in paperwork telling me they are installing the correct muffler monday free of charge.... Dont want to bad mouth a shop in public unless people want me to post the name and location of this sorry shop... I couldnt understand why the guy kept apologizing, because they installed wrong muffler or got caught....

and dont even get me started on their craptastic welding.... there is still alot of welding wire stuck to their welds.... just no sense of pride in their work....
