Default Luan/wood Headliner?

I was poking around looking for pics of overhead rod racks recently, and I ran across pics of some dude with what appeared to be a Luan or wood "headliner". I can't find that post again, and I hope it was here on this forum. So if you have something that fits this description in your XJ, please post up, I want to pick your brain...

Unfortunately, no. It was a stained color with wood grain clearly visible. It was not bead board, or whatever you call that other stuff. That is really the only thing that I keep finding when I search again. It's aggravating. I even went an plowed through my cache to see if the images were still there, all to no avail.

The sad part is, it was such a clean look, it didn't even register what it was until I was standing in Lowe's the other night.
