My lcm are getting beat up. What is involved in putting on new low profile mounts? I am aware of the actual removal and install but what about geometry with the mounts being higher and farther back on the axle.

Are you still on stock mounts? If so, you might consider regular-profile new mounts just made out of real 3/16 or 1/4 gussetted metal. Under "normal" bashing, one of those hold up just fine and you do not have to sacrifice any vertical separation of arms (axle wrap). The stock mounts are garbage.

Hey thanks! That is exactly what I wanted to know. I am still running stock mounts so will just get the heavy duty standard profile mounts.
Just get some off the shelf HD mounts. But if you're hell bent on building "lower profile" mounts don't worry about geometry. It's so far out of whack after lifting, it doesn't even mater.
