i have been searching the threads and web site but i am looking for some one that has built a tube winch bumper that the winch sits between the front frame rails so you dont lose your approach angle. pic or sites would be a help thax

 

im still working on mine it isnt done yet but the winch will sit down inside the bumper and the bumper tubes are offset to give what seems like a decent approach angle to me (yet to be tested)





the winch will sit down into the tubes with the cable inbetween the upper and lower tube and mounted between the unibody tie ins

pics are of a mock up to get the spacing setup and the plate sizes needed

 

i love how you made the bottom tube meet up with the top tube but i am trying to suck it in farther on mine

 

suck it in how far
ill have to remeasure but it think it only sticks out 8 inchs
