Can anyone point me to a source for buying new mopar decals for my 2001 XJ?
Recently had my 2001 repainted and stripped off the original decals (Jeep, Classic, Cherokee, etc.decals) and though I saved them the best I can, doubt I will be able to re-use.
Only reliable source listing new decals seems to be Morris 4x4 but they have been back ordered from this past summer. Not sure I can trust any available on eBay.
So checking with anyone here if they have found another source. Trying to go back to stock silver ones even though the damn things seem to be made of gold with the prices they are asking!

Trying to get back to original look on xj. Most came off fine and look fine ( silver ). I’ve seen where some people add 3m adhesive to each letter and trim to each shape but (1) they will stick much further out than I would want and (2) that would be a real pain and time consuming! Was hoping the original decal adhesive was like what was used in the back of my rubber roof strips. Found that came off great with a dull scraper blade and used 3m auto tape to put back on after the Jeep was painted. The adhesive on the decals is different. It’s not going to come off without destroying the decal.
Really wanted to put back new ones. Peel and stick in place.
wish I could find the source that Morris 4x4 are getting theirs from.

3M makes thin double sided tape called VHB. I used to use it when I worked in aerospace. Works great. Low profile, only a couple mils thick. The following link is just an example, you can get it in different widths and lengths...

Thanks for the link. I used a dark grey version ( not as thin ) for my roof rubber strips. I’ll only use double sided tape with my old decals as a very last resort.

As a follow up to finish my original post, I did buy my emblems from several sources on ebay. I was initially leery in buying from ebay sellers worrying that I wouldn’t be getting exactly what I wanted. Using the individual Mopar part number for each decal, I found different sellers offering what looked like OEM parts. Most shipped quickly and was happy that I got everything I needed! Compared to what I would have paid if Morris 4x4 had them in stock ( over $500 ), buying on ebay saved me hundreds of dollars! I still think they are over priced but happy I could get everything. I took a bunch of measurements and pics before removing the old ones prior to the new paint job so the new ones went on quickly and look great. I did save the old “4.0 Litre” rear decal, cleaned off the old adhesive and used thin 3m adhesive tape to reuse that decal. Just wasn’t going to try that with any of the other more complicated emblems.
