Question Looking at a 1992 Cherokee XJ

I just made an account so I guess this is an introductory post too. Hello everyone I'm Chip and I'm looking at a 1992 Jeep Cherokee XJ on craigslist, but I know very little about Cherokees so I'd love some advice. Is 3500 a good price for a 1992 Cherokee with low miles? The freeze pump is leaking which worries me, but I don't know if it should be a deal breaker or not. Here's a link to the Jeep:

Please let me know if you think I should go for it, haggle, or walk away.

Thanks for your time,
Chip

It don't look too bad,The freeze out plug can be easy to replace or hard just depends where on the engine is the leaking one.
