Wanting to do the long arm conversion on the old heep. Can I run long arms on 3" lift and what are a good set of cheaper long arms. I dont want to buy a whole suspension kit just long arms. Reason being I plan on adding onto my current lift to keep away from the price of buying an entire kit.

full traction makes a 3.5" suspension kit. I know they also sell a long arm builder kit. call them up and see if they'll work with you

but should you just go bolting long arms up to any old suspenion and expect it to function properly? no. you're going to have to install most of any suspenion altogether. buy all the parts you want over time, pile them up in the garage, install them all at once
