I think those arms are actually the torsion bars. I think it might be a 2wd IFS front suspension. It looks like he just droped the IFS down 36" haha That's safe!

I would love to get some close up pictures of the steering and suspension.

Ill ask this minger for some details and better pictures!

 

I've seen some cobbled together POS's in my day, but that thing takes the cake, looks about as cool as running about 12-24"s of body lift,lol.
