Little off-road trip
Decided to hit up a place near the missouri river this weekend, its a pretty good mix of mud, dunes, and a small bit of crawling.....
few more feet and i would have driven right into the river!
nice little scenic view of the missouri river...much better in person!
motherf*&#^ing log! wish i brought a few more tools with me...and thats my roommate, pretty sure he's been having more fun driving the new rig than i have!
dont be deceived...this thing is pretty frickin deep! dodge ram on a lift and some knobby tires got stuck...i made it through...stock!
we're gonna hold off on this one til i get some better tires and a bit of a lift...and there's my roommate again, thinking up all sorts of bad ideas
just a little muddy
this was pretty hilarious...we found this sign about 3 miles into the trails
the trip was a lot more eventful than the pictures show. there were some pretty amazing dunes hidden throughout the trees, a TON of mud and water, and a few small crawling areas. I just didnt feel like pausing the fun for pcitures...ill try next time, maybe

I know that all too well. Even on just BFG Wrangler tires (I consider these basically street tires...), it has taken me places that I know for a fact other modified 4X4 trucks have struggled. I've also found my limits, hehe.

yeah its a pretty nice rig, especially being my first 4x4. it can get me in and out of pretty much everything i've been brave enough to venture through so far (but i enjoy pushing limits so we'll see how long that lasts). ill most likely be throwing on some bfg all-terrains here soon with a 2-3" suspension lift.
