I'm looking at getting a lift kit on my 92 4.0 4x4, and I have a fairly limited budget, around $300 I think. I'm thinking 3", 4.5" if possible. With that in mind, what brand should I be looking at/is it even possible on my budget?

You can buy a Zone or RC 3" kit for that budget (I prefer Zone over RC). But if you need any parts that aren't in the kit, you'll end up way over your budget. At just 1.5", I need a new adjustable track bar, new control arms (stock arms are limiting flex way too much), longer brake lines, and that's all extra stuff on top of the actual lift. I suggest saving some more money, a $300 budget is nothing when you're wanting to lift a Jeep and put bigger tires on it, and wheel it.
