Some people said to get new rear leaf packs and coil spring spacers. I already have the shocks for the 3 inch lift but if I went up to 4.5 would I need new ones again?

Yes, yours would bottom out. They sell shock extenders that gets you about an 1" more, but I'd recommend new shocks at 4.5"

you can get bar pin eliminators for the rear shocks and spacers for the front so that you dont have to buy new shocks. it lowers the rear mount 1 inch and the front up 1 inch.

your shocks will not bottom out, but rather be too far extended if you add more lift to it.

Going up to 4.5", he's going to need new shocks. The BPE's and front extenders isn't going to cut it unless it see's street only.
