Are there any comparison shots of like a 1", 2" and 3" lift?
I need new stocks and leafs and am debating if I should do a small lift or not. Though I would be keeping my stock rims. I do have some damage on the left side that I am even worried about getting 235's and I'm not going to fix it.
Going from a 1, 2, or 3 inch lift, for these lifts, do all I need to do is just get like a kit or all the proper parts and not have to modify anything?

There's a sticky at the top of Cherokee Chat, XJ Lift-Tire setup, go through that, there's tons of different lift setups to look at.
And yes, most kits you get come with all the parts you need. Just slap them on and replace broken stuff and go.
