The day i started it's build, spring of 00.



Spent the next several years as a rock crawler till Paragon was shut down, decided to rebuild for camping duty.




Few pics taken last year. I'm currently aquiring parts for a 98 ZJ to replace my XJ. 15 years in two has me ready for a change.

that looks really good! Honestly one of the best on this forum. If i had an infinite budget, I would build mine just like yours. From the OD paint to the bumpers and the Overland tent its amazing. Look forward to seeing awesome your ZJ turns out!

i've seen this at the jeep daniels jeep show! didnt it win 1st in the adventure class??

Axle swaps ain't cheap even when you do all the work. Took about 3 months. Would have been sooner but couldn't find the axles I wanted and had to settle for a 44 front. We only have 2 seasons in the south, kinda cold and hot as hades.

no we didnt meet but maybe this year? its the 18th of sep. i think. but i remember lookin at it and thinking wow, he has matching rims and tires on his trailer....

Yeah man, I hear ya. I helped a friend SAS swap his Explorer this last summer and installed a D44 Front / Ford 9'' rear combo and he just finished a couple months ago. Its a beast. 12" lift on 36" TSLs. So yeah, didnt mean any disrespect man its a great XJ
