Just how rare is a 5 speed 4.0 XJ, and am I getting a fair deal?

I'm thinking its severely out of adjustment lol. I've been in someone's wrangler that did the same thing and he said it just needed to be adjusted.

Chiming in kind of late but here in Florida they are very rare. I found mine 6 hours away and I got it for 1200 dollars. I've noticed some areas have more than other but in jumped on the opportunity for mine because I wanted a 5 speed so bad. But it is a serious project is rust,random stuff breaking,high mileage but to me it was worth it. Most people don't have them and I like the novelty of having one
