Also can I get the wheels back from my jeep for free or what do you think would have to happen to get them ?

Also go to the doctors!!!!!! That's a huge factor with insurance if you want to play the "back and neck pain" card. With proof of medical records from doctor visits you can make them pay big bucks. Also go get a couple professional therapeutic massages as well, insurance will cover it. Just don't ask them to cover the "happy endings" lol.

I tell you this from experience as i have been down this road before when I was hit.

Not to hijack, this is why we need health care reform now, happy endings SHOULD be a covered expense.

Insurance is going to total it, making it have a salvage vehicle. In Oklahoma, you cannot title a salvage vehicle.

Lying about back and neck pain is called insurance fraud and any *** hat stupid enough to pull that needs to spend time in prison. If your hurt by all means seek medical help but pulling some crap and lying about medical problem causes financial problems not only on those you sue but also everyone you know including your own family.
Sucks about the Jeep but glad everyone walked away

It was more of a joke... I got in a wreck last year but was the passenger and my father a police officer said I should have done that. In my case they asked if I was hurt I said no and they gave me a small check no questions asked.

My neck actually legitimately aches a little bit but don't think it's worth going to doctors for or suing for.....

The ZJ hiding in the background is a member on the forum here, we are friends and he happened to be right there and saw it happen too..... His XJ is getting 4 1/2 inch lift, 33's, and Spartan auto locker+ 4.10 gears.
