Shackle kit can give you an inch or so with little worry.

2" AAL is your best option since a 2" shackle would be excessive

How is the rear of your Jeep currently lifted? If its an AAL and shackle already, I'd get new leaves and keep the lift shackle. If you already have full replacement springs, either an AAL or shackle would work.

AAL and spacers will do fine since you have new leaf packs and coils.

when doing AAL. Is it better to put the new leaf on the bottom or top?

I'm not sure what other say or do but I put it in under the main top leaf because its longer the the rest of them, also you should replace the U-bolts anytime you undo the pack from the axle. As well as throwing some shims in there to keep the angle since you are going higher, unless you have SYE already.

Liquid iron industries shackle relocation bracket, adds 1.5" to rear using stock shackles, I just added the jks acos and the relocations to mine, the front is adjustable so I can always add extended shackles later to go higher if I want, right now I'm sitting almost 2" up from my initial 4.5" long arm lift

Very true, and better option in the long run. Although its is very expensive compared to AAL and spacers.
