Default Just bought a 94 Cherokee and I'm happy and scared

I just became the proud owner of a '94 Cherokee sport (4x4 4dr) and I'm super happy (mostly cause it's my first car I bought) it's pretty nice considering its price, but there's a few concerns that I need fixing before I let safety people look at it.
this is also my first time here! Hey! Nice to be here.

Concerns firstly.
1, windshield needs replacing. That's easy. I'll pay a guy. 2, under the floors appear to be rotting quite badly actually. Anyone know a decent fix? Is it just remove and replace with a welded piece? And 3, where am I even gonna get parts for this thing? Lol. I mean. It's all there really, just, it needs something here and there to make it complete. I imagine scrap Yards won't have an in tampered Cherokee in them. Any sites I should know about for buying like new parts?

Absolutely can't wait to get it on the road! Had a blast driving it back to my house from the seller lol.
Thanks all!

Take pictures of the floor rot on it,And you can buy replacement floor pan in pieces so cut out and weld in new metal. If its worse like in to the frame rails then things get ugly and pricey to fix right.

As far as question #3 on parts, parts for XJs are easy to find (especially for a vehicle discontinued 16 years ago), they sold over 3 million of them and allot are still on the road, plus XJs and Jeeps in general have plenty of aftermarket support. Many "common" parts are even still available new from dealers (if your in Canada you may have to come across the border, not sure how it is up there in comparison to the US), and just about everything is available from the aftermarket (sites like Rockauto, Amazon, "major" auto parts stores like Advance, PepBoys, Autozone, NAPA, etc. , plus "Jeep specialty" places like Quadratec, 4-Wheel Parts, etc.). Of course salvage yards and eBay can be places to find "hard to find" parts (or parts that you would rather purchase used than new for cost reasons).

I'll try and get pictures later when I get off work. I don't think it's eating away that the actual frame and causing problems there. I just no that underneath it's pretty flakey and soft. Considering I paid $500 for this beast. I'm surprised the underneath is still there.

2.88 million XJ's made from 84-01, and many parts are interchangeable between all years. 91-95 are essentially identical in regards to all parts, and there were 677,990 of those.

Honestly, you don't even NEED scrap yards for most parts as almost every part you can imagine is still being made by someone out there.

Lots of forum posts out there where people show their floor pan replacements. The parts exist, and then it's just a matter of cutting out all the rotten metal and welding the new stuff in and painting/protecting it in some way.
