Yeah, the Cherokee fan page on FB posted it and they were gone fast. I got one when there were still 5 left, thankfully.
But hey, at least now we know that Johnny Lightning has a mold for XJ's, so all we have to do is e-mail the crap out of them to show them that there's a large demand!

I've been selling a lot of Die cast model cars (Franklin And Danbury Mint type) on E-bay lately, And I've seen a lot of the Johnny Lightening Jeeps on there. Usually sell for about $4.25 apiece. plus shipping. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Johnny-Light...item3378f8e7c2 I inherited a closet full of Die Cast Model Cars Approx. 90-100 of them. New still in the boxes. I have about 30+ items on e-bay right now. (9 of them are 24k gold plated, 1:32 scale) Get a load of this one I sold for $197.00 and $54, to ship to France. Must be nice to be rich. http://www.ebay.com/itm/270984891271...STRK:MESDIX:IT

Wow, that is a striking resemblance! All you're missing is the winch and the spare tire. Oh, and the diecast seems to have soft 8's, not D-Windows.

ok, i found this while looking at the 1:64 johnny lighting's. it's a 1:18 scale cherokee. if i had the cash i would get one.

i thought about getting one and making a mold of it and put out a couple plactic bodies for 1:18 scale rc's.
