Of course you do.
As the rig goes up the axle is pulled back and the caster changes.

You really should replace both upper and lower arms with adjustable ones.

With that being said, your source of death wobble could be completely unrelated to your stock CA's.

I had a death wobble before I lifted my Jeep. Lifting it fixed it.

Replacing all of the suspension components and some of the steering components obviously fixed whatever the problem was. Maybe you'll get lucky like me. Replace what has to be replaced first, and then keep going from there.

What do you mean relocated and new trac bar. Is it a trac bar made for a 4.5" lift like a DS one per say or is it stock and just relocated?????????????

Going to a 4 1/2" lift requires quite a bit more money than a 3" even a lot more. You need to start reading all the information on lifts or you would know this.

Things like better steering a new HD Adj. Track Bar, Adj. U/LCA's, new extended brake lines, SYE, Driveshaft and yes the list goes on. But it sounds like before you need to rebuild the frontend on your XJ before you do Anything! If you don't it will only get worse.
