Default Jeep spotted in Afghanistan

I took this today in Kabul just south of KIA, I also spotted an XJ a few weeks ago but was too slow with the camera.

That's badass. Thanks for being there (I assume you're not vacationing, lol). Do you ever see regular XJs or just 2500s?

The XJ I spotted a few weeks ago was definitely US made, looked to be a '99-'01.

I'd love to see an actual 2500 here in the states.

I saw one here in California last summer. This one came from down south. I followed [stalked] him to El Superior Mercado where he told me he'd bought it from a Chinese mining company that had a claim in his village in the state of Zacatecas. When they left, they sold most of their equipment to the locals. Including a fleet of 2500s.
