Hello all,

I have looked on the internet, as well the owners manual and even Chilton book, and cannot locate a source that lists the internal cargo area for the 1974-1983 Jeep Cherokee Chief. Does someone have the lengthxwidthxheight for the Cherokee Cheifs (both with and without the back seat in the Jeep)?

Have you checked on that info for a 1963-1991 Wagoneer? Really the Cherokee Chief is a resurrection of the original 2-door Wagoneer that was available 1963-1964. Cargo area should be the same. Since the Wagoneer was built for so long the info should be out there somewhere, maybe in a review or road test.

Thank you! Yet I must be rather obtuse as I tried to find the Wagonner cargo space dimensions before, and just tried again, and still cannot find anything (including for the Cherokees and Cherokees Chiefs).


I do appreciate the help, though, as well as the video on the Wagoneers!
