Does anyone else on here use this bumper? How good is it? And what is this optional side protection that they offer? Is it worth the $65 for it?

no. awesome for the price. tube that wraps around and goes under the fender. yes.

here ya go.. its a nice bumper i have a winch reciever that i built that slips right in and it works fine. On the side protection part, i didnt add it for the extra $65, but its your choice. also in the middle of the main hoop there are two light tabs.

 

Cool... I think I know what my Christmas present is going to be now. BTW, nice Jeep 98XJ4X4
