Guys, do you know if the 1998 xj's have an interior clock?. My 93 has one built into the dash.. cant find one anywhere in the 98. The overhead console just shows mpgs, etc - doesnt seem to have any kind of clock function. Wondering if mabye they built one into the factory installed radio?, which is long gone in mine now. Not a big deal, Im just curious.

 

That'd be my guess. I know all my other vehicles have factory radio and the clock is in the radio.

 

Only clock is in the factory radio. You could probably put one in from earlier years if you really wanted one.

 

thanks guys - like I said, no big deal. Google wasnt throwing up any answers, so I thought i'd ask the experts.

 

I hate when car companies put the clock in the factory stereo, because that is usually the first thing I pull.
