Ya this site is awesome! I think I have A.D.D. cause for the longest time I couldn't stay focused on my XJ, but thanks to this site I've tuned all my spare time on planning/building a capable rig! So I guess I should say thanks for being my ritalin! Lol

Yeah this is a great site. I even went through the old threads today for a while reading and adding to my ever building knowledge of the almighty XJ. Been jeepin a while and just joined the forum back in the fall and have enjoyed it greatly.

Well, I have a few problems that i'm working on but that's my own fault. The Cherokee was really clean but I didn't do a good job looking it over and because of that I bought one that was probably pretty beat up. But that's ok, i'm gonna treat her real good and give it the attention it needs. It's not the XJ's fault, but the previous owners.
All I can really say is besides a few things it needs, it's the most addicting truck I have ever owned.....and I have owned a lot of them. The real regret I have is not buying one years ago. The fun factor is off the charts.
Earlier this morning I went to Napa in town and talked to the manager about some ball joints. Turns out he owns a 93 XJ. I asked him how he liked it and this was his response " I wouldn't own any other vehicle no matter what" " When I stop driving it, it will be because the body rusted off the wheels"
That's the way I feel, in fact, i'm looking for XJ number two.....like maybe an 87-88. I may have to go out of state for one....but that's have the fun I guess.
