So i was sitting on my couch bored and my wife and kids are gone for the weekend. So i decided to paint my jeep.

 

Here is what it looked like before

 

And this is what it looks like now. Its just the first coat.

i hate side pictures, but looks good. You gonna paint the chrome too?

 

Yeah i am going to do the bumpers with bed liner the front grill green and black and the flares with bed liner. And possibly add a little green to the rims

 

paint it yellow and make it into a john deere

 

And probably the light covers green. Maybe the dip in the hood black depending on how well i can tape it off

 

I have scene it like that and i didn't like it

 

At some point you have to dress up as one of those plastic Toy Army men and ride around in this. Other than that looks really good. Was it rattle can?

looks good,don't forget to spray furniture polish in the air so your wife thinks you done all that house stuff.
What it needs is "Action Man" stickers on the doors.

 

nice ive always been tempted to rattle can my jeep but this Arizona heat would just eat it up in a matter of weeks.

Lime Green (what it looks like to me) I like the green colors Looks great. Is that all rattle can?

 

What are your plans for finishing up the painting? If you didnt already have it in your plans then i would wet sand it to give it a smoother appearance. Even a spray bombed paint job can look smooth like a spray gun when sanded.
