My rust bucket has been undriven for 6-8 months. I drove it around the block.

Before that it was last summer. I feel terrible I'm neglecting her.

 

My 91 has sat for a year and a half. Only got limped across the street for gas. I've been fixing it from being totaled and upgrading it. Hitting roadblocks every step of the way. It's almost there though.

I'm waiting for the UPS guy, but not for a part or an accessory. In fact I was told today that my package is now in shipment.

of my NEW (to me) 2000 Cherokee Classic!

It's 1300 miles away. I fly out to Idaho to get it and bring it back to Minnesota next week. SUPER STOKED.

I combed the internet for weeks until I found the right one. There were quite a few meeting my criteria, but they sell FAST. I put a down payment on this one before the pictures were up. I took a risk basing my decision on a Carfax report, but now that I've seen detailed pics, I'm thrilled that I found this rust-free gem.

Under 76K, all scheduled maintenance done at the dealership I'm buying it from, in a small resort town populated only a few months a year buy rich folks who take care of their toys.

It will replace my current 2000 XJ Sport.

Once the paperwork is in my hands, I'll book a flight.

Just ordered Thrush welded 2 -1/2" muffler, a walker tailpipe that's supposed to be 2.5" for my 91 and 1 Dorman HD leaf pack for my 99.

Its all supposed to come Monday wooo hooo

Heading to the PO shortly to pickup my trans cooler. Then the work begins (sometime next week).
