Thankfully your house is still your home and you're okay. Not to belabor the issue, but what's the take-away from this? Would you care to share any lessons learned so results like this can be minimized for any other one of us in the future? Granted, s#it happens, but is there anything with set-up, tooling or procedures to make note-of or do differently?
