by empty i hope you mean completely bone dry empty...

a fuel tank with a little puddle and alot of fumes is more dangerous then a completely full tank

all my tools and house is covered. i got 4k for my tools. this is the other one i have-----

gas tanks are much more likely to exploed when they are empty its the fumes that burn not the gas itself
