My 3" lift has me supprised.. then again I have 35's crammed into the wells... depending on what kind of wheeling you do it should suffice.

I think its a great lift. Then you can decide if you want to go bigger and still work with that lift just build off it. And keep 31s under it and you'll keep your gas mileage. I love my 33s but dang!

Oh and just go ahead now and get the full leaf packs. Trust me you'll be glad you didn't do AAL.

Measure your cap-flare before you cancel out the idea of AAL. I went AAL because my leafs were still at stock specs. I put my AAL in and in the back I got closer to 3.5", even 4 months after I installed the lift.

AAL only get a bad name from people who have sagging leafs and use AAL as a money saver, then come here and say how bad they suck.

AAL's get a bad name because 1 piece of steel is trying to bend 4 or 5 and so with time it WILL FAIL. That's just how they are made.

I had some monster sagging leafs and opted for the AAL (bastard pack).. I used a pipe bender and re-arched all of my leafs before putting them back together. End result was an initial lift of 3.5 inches and it hasnt dropped from that since the operation which was 8-9 months ago.

Oh and my rear flex is redonk.....

Harbor Freight sells one on the super cheap.. little hydro unit that does the job. I threw 40.00 on it in the TX panhandle.

Oh and just a warning start soaking your bolts now (PB Blaster).... trust me, This will save you from a stroke if you do lol..
I destroyed two craftsman breakers on my driver side and once it broke loose the damn thing fought me every twist of the thread until it was out. I literally almost took my cutter to the whole effin thing at one point but I won the fight and on the other side a good soaking and they didnt fight back nearly at all.
