how to take side flares off?

there are 10mm nuts inside the fender. but be careful I broke probley half of the studs when I pulled my flairs off.

they are on with double sided tape. Go to Advance auto and get some adhesive remover, spray it in the space on top of the molding and pry it off. It's not bolted on.
