I'm heading up to this listing tomorrow - how much should I offer?

Kelly Blue Book lists this make/model for:
Good: $4820 and Fair: $4095

 

I bought mine with only 120k for $1300. Granted, the interior wasn't super clean, and the passenger door is smashed to hell, but still. For 5k, you could buy alot of sweet built ones in our area.

Check this out, you could get 2 for less, then combine it into one sweet one with a little work.
