Default how much should I pay for these tires?

I'm looking to buy tires for my Cherokee sport and these tires are the size and price I'm looking for I managed to talk the guy down to 150 do you think this is a goodbUy. The budget does not allow for me to buy brand new tires right now that's why I'm looking at used ones please don't mock me.
Are they good tires?

tread looka decent and evenly worn. What's the date on the tires? That's a bog thing a lot of people overlook with used tires.

Forget what he says and have him take a picture of the manufacture date. Tells you the week and year they were made. It should look something like this:

The pictured tire was made in the 51st week of 2007 based on the DOT code

If they are over 10yrs old you'll have to go to a sketchy tire shop that barely speaks English to get them mounted.

If they are not over 5 years though and tread is fine. Is this a good buy? Are these tires generally good?

If they're less than 5 years old with how the tread looks in the pics, then yes, they're a good buy.
