Found a set of 5 Cragar Street Lock D Windows 15x8 on CL. http://muncie.craigslist.org/pts/2304153594.html wasn't sure how much i should offer the guy cus i've never bought wheels before. I dont want to low ball him but i want the wheels for as cheep as possible. They look rusted in the picture and i could care less about the tires. The only thing that i see with them having tires is I would have a full size spare.

sent txt to guy, all wheels have rust and didnt know what the BS is on them, dont think i should get them cus i just dont have money to throw around like that lol

 

More cost effective to buy new wheels, you'll have to spend money on new hardware and paint to clean those rusty things up. They may not even be DOT legal in your area anyway.

 

I wouldn't buy them for a vehicle that looks decent. Maybe a toy, but I'd only offer him like 75.

 

With all the rust, i'd stay away from those.
