how much lift does thia look like

Ts my jeep 3" lift on the lift in my school shop. How big of a lift would I need to get it about this high. If I go this high Ill get bigger tires too

It looks like your school has a big enough lift to get it that high already. How much bigger of a lift do you need? 
If you actually want to lift it that high with a suspension lift.
The cheapest route would be to locate a used monster truck. Buy it for $50k plus and then swap your Jeep unibody onto the monster trucks frame/drivetrain. Done.
Honestly the list of modifications necessary to correctly lift your Jeep that high and still have it drivable is ridiculous.

If you actually want to lift it that high with a suspension lift.

The cheapest route would be to locate a used monster truck. Buy it for $50k plus and then swap your Jeep unibody onto the monster trucks frame/drivetrain. Done.

i dont think he meant from the ground to the top. im assuming the OP is referring to the distance between the top of his tires and the bottom of the fender flares. and to me id say maybe about 5 inches of lift. (but dont quote me on it)

That much gap with 31" tires; 5 inches sounds about right.
