Too much.

Yet, sadly, still not enough.

Spent $500 to buy my XJ, but probably have another $1500 in fixing everything that was wrong with it, plus upgrades.

With purchase, and building it: $4500! Trying to keep it on a budget. I paid more for the tires than the Jeep lol.

My 95 bought for $250 after 4.5 lift 33"swappers chop top exo cage 5 point harnesses relocated radiator $4000

My 99 bought it for $500 after 5.5lift 36" swampers bushwacker cut outs. Including repairs from hitting a deer at 75 MPH last year. $1500

I'm leaving out alot of mods included in these prices but you get the idea and I'm lazy but a good shopper!

$7500 in my '86 that's down right now needing alot of work...$2300 of that was the paint job (i will NEVER pay to have paint done again. if it's gonna be crappy, i'd rather it be my fault).

around that in my '87 mj.

that's added up over the years and doesn't take into account parts I've sold from them etc.

I paid 400$ for the XJ....

.....and then I replaced this:

-rear brakes
-rear wheel cylinder (both sides)
-upper radiator hose
-both front u-joints at the wheels and rear one at driveshaft
-New 31 inch tires (700$)
-New 4.5 lift (not installed yet) (700$)

No total as I stopped counting awhile ago lol. I still have some to do, but I'm not planning on selling it as I really, really love this Jeep.
