265k on mine, it has a lifter tick. Occasional sputtering and power loss, but I think that's a fuel issue, gonna check it out when weather gets better.

I'm rockin' 176K on mine and it's running great. Had to replace the fuel pump when I first got it, but I'm pretty sure every Cherokee owner on this forum had to do that. It's pretty ridiculous how smooth the transmission shifts though. Love it!

155k on my 1993 4.0L. Had some work done on a cracked torque covertor plate recently (only coast about a 100 or so), but apart from that its running great. My 1998 2.5 turbo diesel VM Motori has 176k on the clock.. theres an oil leak were the engine meets the transmission that loses about a 1/4 pint of oil a month, but other than that its doing fine.

There should be a 200K+ miles group on here
Anyways, my XJ has around 285,000 on the clock
still going strong, the only major work was replacing the transmission because the idiot who owned it before me was driving it with almost no oil in the trans
