Did mine on the cheap with roller, brush and spray paint. There are no badges left, no side mouldings. Even painted the factory rims, door handles, mirrors, everything is black. Photos in the Black XJ thread.

It's not the Jamaican "version". Their meaning was the original. It used to mean that you dress something up excessively - even yourself. But it usually was complimentary and had nothing to do with being "blacked out". Oh well, like Overland, I guess I'm "old" too. Does my DD qualify? Except for the wheels, of course ...

now i like the whole "murdered out" idea but you atleast have to have the chrome lip on the rims....

Does this count? Everything is blacked out except the wood grain. Nobody can see me in the woods. lol Damn this is a old pic. i just blacked out the tires also

did anybody notice the chevy aveo in the middle of the "murdered out" page? lol

also my jeep is murdered out, once i get my new tires on it will be, i have the white letters out currently, gettin those done tomor, 33's finally!
