I wish to know how many Miles you are driving per gallon with your cherokee...

Please answer the following lines
1- MPG
2- Type & Year
3- Engine size
4- Odometer
5- Type of fuel used
6- Any additives?
7- Highway or city driving?
8- Any suggestions to improve the milage
9- Are you satisfied?

My stats are as the following

1- 11.5 MPG
2- 1998 Grand Cherokee Laredo
3- I6 / 4.0 engine
4- 139,000 miles
5- Usually regular
6- Sometimes I add Lucas injector cleaner & engine tune up...
7- Balanced
8- Recently I've tried the super grade gas 93 octane instead of 87 octane and it climbed up to 12.7 MPG
9- Somehow satisfied but I think that it could be better... (maybe a tune up will somehow help me improve the milage)

What you think??

Hi Guys

Why is the octane rating of your fuel so low in the USA?

No wonder you get less MPG it will not be producing the power or the efficent burn of the UK 95 octane, if I put 98 octane in I get 30 MPG but it costs $10.50 a gallon!

We usually have three regular, mid grade and super with super being the higher octane. What part of England are you in?
