how do you wash your jeep after some mud?
just outa curiousity, how does everyone wash their jeeps? right after i got back from the trail i hosed down the underside to try to keep that a little cleaner and went for a cruise down the highway to try to get some of the mud off the tires. i do have access to a pressure washer deal, should i just use that along with a lot of scrubbing, or just go to one of the DIY car washes? (im sure they love it when people do that though) in the mean time, im letting all the bigger chunks dry so they can fall off on the road tomorrow haha.
and while were at it, lets see some muddy jeeps.

Self car wash the next day.
First the "high pressure rinse"
Then soap,
Then another rinse, along with spraying off the "trifoam brush"
Scrub it down with the brush (mos of the dirt is gone by now)
Another rinse
Wax
Another rinse
Done, Wipe it down with a soft cloth when we get home.
(costs about 6 bucks but works good)
Here is my girlfriends after our Mackinac trip.

i do it in the yard with a hose and spray handle on it. takes about 3 hours but i don't want to lose another 4x4 to rust. (lost a trooper2) i get everything, behind the bumpers, above the fuel tank, in between the frame rails, the recesses behind the and under the headlights.
these are from yesterday
caused by this hole. the last part of it drops down about 8 more inches and slides you left into the bank. my jeep was the lowest but it made it through everything fine. mine and hte white wrangler had to stop and clear our radiators or we would've never made it out. the mud went over our headlights.
