Saw these on Quadratec and they look like Mickey Thompson Sidebiters but what did they do to the wheel that it now has chrome on it? Chrome pen?

This is exactly the way I'd like these to look after I buy them.

they are sidebiters just they did some custom touched to them. its an alloy wheel so you can polish the spokes like that just going to take a ton of time. and the rig in question is a show piece

What do you mean polished spokes? Do you mean to say they rubbed the spokes until they got down to the alloy?

tape off the areas you want to stay black then get out some sand sand paper get the paint off the spokes then keep working down to finer and finer grit then get polishing wheels to really get it looking good

Do you apply any type of clear coat on top of the polished section afterwards? Couldn't I use some type of chrome pen to mimic the same without having to sand and polish?

Sorry, I know this is way off topic but I am probably not the only one that sees this picture everywhere and I just noticed the passenger side mirror is missing....

Again, sorry just had to say it.

Would these wheels rub against the stock flares at stock height due to the negative offset (-30mm)? How about with a 3" lift?

Those are not Micky Thompson Wheels. Moto Metal 951's. the only polished part is onn the lip in the middle it is just a reflection. that is a Bushwacker stock photo.

Look at the quadratic picture again and then look at this one and tell me it's not the same wheel.
